This driver only works with Windows 98 NOT with Windows 95. I have a version of Windows 95 which supports USB but the setup program refuses to run.Driver does not work says failed to initialize... The drver is no good.

OMG i actually tried going to compaq.com to try to find something that would work but only this i found to be the only one for windows 2000...i found this right after i got soo tired of 16 colors... I LOVE YOU MAN

Negative on that mccoll your modem is invalid. Double clicked setup.exe and it worked like a charm here.

Thanks for the post to whomever else uses this driver and wants it on a floppy save the file to any short name directory like Intel use a MSDOS Prompt change to the Makedisk directory i.e. cdIntel then cdmakedisk and type in the command for your OS i.e. for Windows9598 makedisk win9x. That makes it all happen.
