The BSOD displays atwhat looks like just after the OS shuts down. It displays for about 1 second and then the machine powers off. I cannot read it cause it is too fast.If I click the unplug or eject tray icon to bring up the dialog to stop the device I don't get the BSOD. This is the same dialog for stopping a modular cdrom soyou can remove it while the laptop is still powered on.Can this be fixed so the device shuts down at an appropriate time or before the OS completely shuts downWho is the person who hacked itI had some difficulty getting the software to work. I copied the c Program FilesCreative Labs.directories from my 95 machine but the save as file function did not work.I ran the software install programbut that made it try to use the parallel port.I then unistalled the softwarestopped the device as aboveunistalled this driver reinstalled this drivercopied the 95 diretory and the save as file function now work.It was a hassle but it works.
