Here is the reply I got from Creative Support about the 24bit audio query Dear SeanThe Sound Blaster Audigy cannot play 24 bit wave files.This Card actually emulates 24bit when playing 16bit by resampling so it outputs 24bit. Thanks worked fine. I was especially interested in getting the TV out working. It does but with annoying black borders on the edges of the horizontal I'm not talking about the black borders on the top and bottom associated with wide screen. I assume that this is because the drivers do not support the correct resolution aspect ratio required by my TV. Also pronounced tearing is visible on the TV picture I didn't see any vsync tick boxes. If anyone has an idea how to enable vsync and get rid of the black borders with these drivers please post a comment to let me know.

I am at the public library. the library had disabled my access to the hard drive perhaps because so many people download stuff there. I only have access to the 3 12 floppy and therefore 1.44 MB of space. If I download your file it will cut off the end of it and I wont be able to use it. Please make it accessable to me in 3 separate disk downloads .thankyou

Driver was listed for many windows OS but is really only recommended for 95 amd 98. Would not even fully install on XP.

the drivers work fine. you have to set it up with a hp adapter card for all scanjet 3c 4c 4p etc. no other card other then hp will work.install the drivers.do not reboot go to shutdown. install your card in computer turn on and it will found new hardware if its on your hard drive tell it where it can find them. device manger will show hp card.no card get rid of it.
