I selected this driver because it matched the existing title of the one installed on my XP Pro with SP1. Install worked and asked for a restart. On rstart I ended up with a blue screen of death and the message quotC000415 Unknown Hard Errorquot message. I uninstalled the driver and rebooted and the computer came back up. This one didn't work for me.

this driver work realy good but its realy dificult to find one which is exact driver for those modems Recomended for this modem chipsets be aware modem chipset its not Genius Kye 56 as reported in windows pen the case and check modem type on chip

This is the same as the latest driver on the ATI support site.I couldn't even get it to load I wonder if this is a WinXP SP2 issue.
