Right on man This driver worked I've spent over 10 hours looking for drivrs and fooling with this modem...Was getting ready to can it Here's as much info on the card i have. conexant rh56dpci r679512 model rs56vwpci lot no 4402 sn 9923000004924 I'm using windows 98. Hope it helps some one else as much as it did me
