Why is this happeningThe JVC USB driver was written before introduction of the Windows XP system.This warning is displayed with other manufacturerrsquo s digital cameras alsoand is not strictly a JVC phenomenon.In order to use the USB interface between the camera and your computer select the ldquo CONTINUE anywayrdquo option provided in this warning display. ToJVCrsquo s knowledge there are no negative effects to using JVC driver with Windows XP.Have Fun

Thank you ALAN for your instructions to use this driver with Windows 98. I struggled struggled to get it to read the driver and then it worked with your instructions. So you saved me a lot of headache. I received the modem from Time Warner RR service and of course their instructions didn't include the driver for the cable modem usb. It is a good thing that I happen to work in Computer Support. So thanks once again.
