works like a charm if you need to start out with drivers and dont have your PNY installation CD. Worked great for me. I recommend this only for that. No problems at all. Nice find.

No it didn't work for meInstalled to use with a AI Tech Card with Conexant BT878 Graphics. I recommend this software only if you want to get your TV Capture card to work at minimum standards. Overall rating average 2.5 out a 5 Stars. TV clarity was fuzzy not sharp. Perhaps better results may occur on other TV Capture cards.
