Setup looks for DirectX cab which should be bundled with the driver. Since the BIOS was said to have these capabilities I have tried it because I used the quotBIOS Saviourquot I am still in buisness and while the BIOS did function normally It did not See 333MHz or 40 GigB HDD.I was hoping not to have to do Assem work after 25yrs But I'll have to brush up and see if I can fix it.

Great I got a portable that I decided to install Win2000 on and the computer didn't come with Win2000 drivers. PCTel's own site and the notebook manufacturer's site also didn't have drivers. ThanksDavid WalkerDavidWalkerlordspence.com.nospamUpdate to my March 1 comment I have since found out he software is there but doesn't appear in the Start gt Programs menu. It's necessary to open the Twain software from within a program such as Photoshop or Microsoft Photo Editor.
