This driver was the exact one I needed based on the model engraved on it. I saved it to a temp file dragged it onto a floppy disk and unzipped it onto the computer I was repairing. It worked perfectly.Thank you DriversGuide

this driver didn't work for the P5A ATX board. Reported incorrect file size. This might work for the P5AB Baby ATX style motherboard.

I am taken back by the workings of this modem. It takes more time to find a driver for the thingthan it does to drive down buy a new one and install.The one I am working on came out of a COMPAQ...you would think that as many systems that they build they would understand the importance of customer satisfaction.GOOD DAy
