This driver did not work for me. Like others I got the general file transfer error problem.I took levi's suggestion and I tried sp6333 it worked I suggest for anybody who has trouble with this driver to get sp6333

The first VIA driver that's actually made my Presario 1200 do more than just beep under Win2K. After installation it seems to think the onboard sound is turned off in BIOS it isn't but works happily anyway without repeating the 'error' after a reboot.

This driver doesn't appear to work but it may be a hardware problem. I have an old Asound Express PCI sound card Model LR032204873 and can't seem to find a driver that works for it anywhere.

HelloXtreme Video card works fine in Win98NT4.02000... However when I install the latest Nvidia driver for GeForce256 card 3.78 Release Candidate I loose the picture in the TV application. A blue box comes up there is sound... but no picture. When I press the pause button on the TV control the TV screen becomes a still frame of the TV show and it is clear... ANY suggestions are appreciated.Karlknorriswestelcom.com
