I didnt installed the drive but based upon my experience whith DriversGuide I presume I'll have no problems with this drive. Id like to join some of this comments thanking you for including all the related info like FCC Id's model numbers etc. Thanks again.

If you've got Win2K instead of WinXP you'll need software to administrate the card as well as these drivers. Without the admin utility you won't be able to connect to any access points that have WEP or WPA enabled. I think the whole overbloated excessive package is available from M directly go get that instead of this.

Used this driver on an old compaq desktop. Drive would not read any burned disk but it works great nowThere is a problem with the installer during install dos program askes for windows directory. Even if it is pointed to cwindows the installer quits noting an error but after closing the program the drive worked

This one works perfect on a Packard Bell Machine A Packard Bell has a Intel 82801AA AC'97 Sigmatel Sound Chip on board Thanx a lot This didn't work for nor did the instructions. It is a .sys and didn't load as some drivers do. I also may take some time solving the problem I have. Generally most all drivers work for me but not today. I may try it again later.grax
