Looked like it was gonna work but after shutting down the computer and starting it the next day had to boot into Safe Mode. Unstable.

i was looking for a runout internal analogue modem driver. the pci card was only labelled with the chipset version. this driver does a great job on windows 98. installation works good if you pick the modem by hardware recognition. every chipset gets installed correctly without any trouble on the interrupts.

I downloaded it and it woun't work when i unzipped it it said 13 files are unzipped i only seen 6. I went to add hardware and it wouln't recognize any files in that directory help any ideasmy sound card is a asound gold as007does the job well

I just went to Microsoft's web page and did a search. I found RESOLUTION To resolve this behavior disable the DOS USB function in the system BIOS. For information about how to do this refer to the documentation for your computer.After doing this my machine will now boot correctly.
