Can anyone Help I have tried just about everything and can't get it to work. However I have found this out in the process problem is this if you use win98 and it was custom installed with the win98 backup unticked HP tape will work OK with V1.7 no problem However as soon as you use win backup tick backup in win setupand try to untick later to use tape drive win 98 will not see tape. It must leave file in windows that stop it from detecting the tape. Anyone out there with any clues how to fix this problem

The cd rom did not come with the printer in the box. The people at HP forgot to put one. I unloaded the driver for the hpati9200se from this page and did not work. I wonder what people at Hp do. I am really disappointed with HP.
