README.1ST says this is version 1.41.These files were mostly updated on 8498 or thereabouts making it a possible Windows 98 update. The INSTALL.TXT file however has not been updated and thus it tells you how to install this on Windows 95.Also since there is no SETUP.EXE like I have seen for a 5446 Version 1.40A install it makes the hurdle higher.This may be the soughtafter Win98 update.

we shall see if this driver works for my tridentblade 3dmvp4 if so ill let you know. Otherwise to everyone else asking questions about Trident video cards... they suck. The cards suck i mean. Go out and buy a voodoo since Tridents cause much more trouble than you will realise. no profile

Pc Chips Sucks It's really a relief there are pages like this willing to help people looking for drivers... Sometimes is worth spending more money in a better motherboard but with more support...

Does not crash XP like the plug and play version does but still hard to make XP recognize a recieve.
