Many thanks Steve worked fine on R679512 connexant chipset. Had to force windows 98 to accept driver though. Hope this helps others who think it doesn't work.

Tryed to install it 3times and it just locked up My system. Finaly just shut the chip off and installed a sound card.

I hope it works I had Win 98 and did a Win 2000 upgrade and it gave me an alert that my Okidata 4w was not compatible with Win 2000 and asked me to update my driver...wish me luck

I had to completely uninstall my nonworking driver prior to installing this one. I could not simply choose quotupdate driverquot.To install simply unzip to a good folder. Then uninstall previous hardware. Go to install new hardware and specify the folder that you unzipped this file to. You should be in business.
