I used the KXP2180 driver from this driver set. It installed on Win 3.1 fine but I am getting an extra line feed on printout. Checking printer setup.

I have fought with this for days.I can get sound i installed the liveware 30 meg package then the suggested 5 meg update but only if I dont plug into Digital so whats the point lol. This is SO frustrating...thanks all

Thanks it worked on Windows 98 after I read the readme and uninstalled all the other drivers I had tried.

I used this for a Compaq Deskpro EN 1 ghz which has a 240762001 motherboard with onboard sound chip 82801AA. The install did some stuff and then said I needed updates for Win98se. After rebooting I selected the card in Device Manager told it to update driver selected quothave diskquot drilled down to where the install put the smwdm.inf file in the ..SE folder and then it worked. I was using the quotGood Timesquot MPEG from the Win95 CD for testing and Edie finally sounded like she should.
