No luck so far I think this driver is intended for another modem.

This isn't a driver it's a manual which is also available on the OEM web site.The hardware product works fine on win98 and installs without a driver but doesn't appear to work on winXP it quotunrecognisedquot. Searching the web some sites say it's suported on winXP others don't. I'm confussed they say it's OK on win2000.

Thanks Jerry this driver worked fine for me on 4300U acer scanner after I upgraded my OS from Win Me to Win XP. This was after I could not find help on Acer website. The catch is that during installation you will get a message that says the driver is not digitally signed by Microsoft. But just ignore and intall.

Loaded on system using Win 98SE. Video card was a Daytona brand AGP card using the S3 Trio 3D2x chipset. Driver loaded great works great. Get 16 and 24 Bit color options.
