I had to use this set of driver files as well as some from MS5056U3.ZIP also obtained from somewhere in charydent as files for the AZT 2024before the modem would work properly. I unzipped both sets using pkunzip in DOS into a file on my hard drive which I called MODEM and installed from there. Thanks for the driver.

Don't let this review put you off apparently the alc883 does not work well with dell pc's. this does not mean the driver is not suitable.
