This driver worked perfectly. If you have correctly identified the sound chip type and model and you follow the directions in the Read Me file it worked. I had a motherboard that had an embedded sound chip. The numbers on the chip matched this driver. I downloaded the file and unzipped it . I read the Read Me file and followed the directions. Great

Terima kasihThis is the only AC Link driver I could find and I tried to load it onto my Gateway MX6025 laptop for which it doesnt appear to have been designed. There is a Gateway driver at ftpftp.gateway.compubhardwaresupportdriverswinxpportablem360ConexantAudio6.14.10.0565.exe'false true'CCabsD00243001001Setup.exe which is supposed to be a version 6.14.10.0565. This Realtek driver doesnt work in this Gateway giving an arcane error message that it cant be loaded until some microsoft bus driver has been loaded.

downloaded to FD on win2k machine then transferred to w98se and got error message quotnot a valid win 32 application.quot Problem may have been that w2kntfs5 amp w98fat32 but tried downloading directly to fd amp that didn't help. Driver may be fine amp I'm stuck with file conversion problems...don't know.

OK.. after download it asks you to restart. When running again it works perfectly on XP adding you some tabs under display properties. I noticed it installed also startup background program which you can cancell by using this free cool tool Startup Control Panel from www.mlin.net. And finally it doesnt contain any spyware Excellent driver Thanx
