THank you for the link to all drivers. Still SP9854 only support officially Microsoft Windows 95 Microsoft Windows 98 and does not install on XP. Anyone succesfully upgraded to XP for this modem

First download was a disaster. Conflict with Scottrade Elite. Removed Scottrade and the download went smooth. The driver installed however I still have problems and not sure of the cause. Doubt that it is the driver at this point.

Would not install. Kept saying files were incomplete. Please resubmit the compressed file so that we can get a proper download and open.On the other hand the driver for HP610c found on the Win98se CD works just fine.THanks.
