I did not work at all on my computer.I've tried several times and it will not take.

I had problems installing driver and so I called the manufacturer's helpline they think it is actually a hardware problem. Check out www.lgeservice.comdrivers.htmlCDROM20Drivers for the driver download and info from the manufacturer. Their technical support line was very helpful.
