AS it states this driver is for DOS.can be used in w9x but not to play sound in the windows enviroment. for that U need a WINDOWS driver.This will ONLY work in DOS. usefull if ur runnin old games that dont work in dos.please stop posting that the driver dont work. it does. just read what it says.

Ran this file for OEM SR 2 on a machine with a K62300 PC Chips M598 MB which is about to be swapped for a Shuttle 591P with a K62400. I've installed the MS fast AMD update. When I rebooted I got an error when I tried to use the modem dialer informing me that my modem was in use. Uninstalling the USB support in control panel let me use the modem again. I'll get back to you as to whether it works with the new MB which has onboard USB.erm

Couldn't get it to work with PCX2 0.9.2 but that's assuming I configured it properly couldn't read anything on the screen and the partial images looked to be in russian or egyptian hieroglyphics trying with a different version.
