My device is a Modem Blaster D156305D15631. The driver I downloaded was a D15630. That was the closest match I could find but it didn't work. So I will continue my search

I tried the sp7604.zip file for the dfi336 series modem found on the Toshiba web site and it did not work I could not open com2 nor communicate with it via winterm. I suspect your drivers will work since the ones from Toshiba refered to the modem as being an upgrade i.e. with daughter board and thus won't work with my a105s4054 since it has not been upgraded and is still a 33.6.
