The reviewer's comment on XP's attempt to replace the driver was very helpful. Had to cancel Wizard and select creative driver from specific location.

Cannot open the file it is zipped and I cannot extract it.

It takes longer to download but it works. I have been looking for months for the right driver. Finaly I got it. You just click on .exe file and follow the instructions restart and you are in bussiness again. Great site Thank you.

i've tried it outit's working properly with my EPSON TMU590but it has a problem to find UNIDRV.DLL i just skip it.Luckily it still functioning properly.This attempt was for an NEC Multisync E700. The Win98 would not accept it at all. I also went to the NEC websitehttpwww.necdisplay.comSupportCenterMonitorsInstallDriverssectiondisplaydevicewhere this monitor is not specifically identified. They have a NEC E700 MutiSync FE700 and another. They also have a download for all CRT drivers NEC CRT Monitor Installer 194KB but the readme stated it was for Win2K amp XP. Rats... Note that NEC downloads all files with the same filename necmsinf.zip.Good luck I'm giving up and will use a Dell
