Don't bother downloading this driver. Errors everywhere.

Unfortunately this driver does not work on my etower766id. After the installation the device manager showed the HW as Crystal WDM Audio Codec without any problem but under Multimedia Audio no device is selectable. After all the hassel no sound at all. Guess it's faster to buy a cheap sound card then to find another driver. The eMachine Restore CD is a joke and the support a real mess.

I have discovered that the embedded system looks like a CM8330 3D sound on a BX100pro in the bios PCIPnP setup PnP aware Bios must be set to NO. NT then finds the hardware and installs drivers for it. Hope this helps someone.

worked very well I'm satisfied. The only down part is that the instructions are in spanish and not in english. Options are very easy to understand though.
