I want to set up a simple system for my fatherinlaw using as many of my old parts as possible. He likely won't use the computer anyway but i would like to give him something.

I had problems installing driver and so I called the manufacturer's helpline they think it is actually a hardware problem. Check out www.lgeservice.comdrivers.htmlCDROM20Drivers for the driver download and info from the manufacturer. Their technical support line was very helpful.
