Card says quot1373000102quot printed on PCB and sticker on card says quotES8895quot. Sound worked fine until I rebooted the computer at which time Windows began detecting the hardware as though it had never been there until now...Also tried this driver on a computer using the model ES1370 card didn't work. My recommendation go and download the approx. 7.9MB driver called quotensoniq.zipquot that is for the ES8895. This is the only driver I have actually managed to get to work with my specific card.
