this file didnt work for me on windows 2000. i installed disk 1 and then it asked for disk 3 missing disk 2 nd then failed. this is your choice wether u download it or not but it didnt wrok for me

ARGGGHHHGHHHHHHHHF HP SHE This stil wont work. Theres no exe in the files that are uncompressed and the inf file doesnt work. Going in via add new hardware wont work. Say the .inf doesnot contain info aout the hardware.Im going to take the card out and smash it with a big hammer I think.

I have gone a year without any sound after upgrading from win 95 to win 98.Compaq site was useless. My next purchase won't be Compaq. Works perfectly for Presario 2200. Thank you.
