Message to Tonto try going to My Computer View System Information Hardware Tab click on Device Manager click through Creative SB Live Series WDM stands for 'What is Dell Marketing' tell it you are going to tell it where to install from and show it these files.David just trying to figure this stuff out myself if there's a better way let me know. but this seemed to work for me. ps thanks for posting this

Didn't really help solve a USB issue.From comments on Microsoft's website it appears that the fault is actually in the VIA chipset and they don't even try to support it as a result.Finally fixed the problem by disabling th onboard USB and fitting a PCI USB2 card.
