Worked well Just click on the .exe file and installation is automatic and corrects the fact that Windows 98 had loaded the standard VGA driver for this card.

I have tried a dozen drivers and couldn't get any sound out of this old card which is connected directly to the motherboard. When I tried this one it loaded right up and have sound for the first time in months It works perfectly and the install was like a dream.

Driver appears to work at first but then causes repeated lockups. Took me many hours to track down the problem to the video driver including reformatting. This driver does work but has a conflict with something else I have. If you get lockups after installing this you now have a place to start looking for your problem.

had no troubles. Always make sure you get the driver for the chipset your working with don't trust the board makers.

I was using Microsoft Virtual PC to emulate Win98SE and discovered that it doesn't actually use my hardware but Virtual hardware. I snooped about and found the virtual 3D card as a S3 Trio 3264 376745 or something like that and this driver done the job beautifully.
