It has several things to install and set up so you have to switch back and forth between the 98 disk and the one you put this driver on but it does work real well once you get it installed

I'm using an unknown modem with the 537EP Dell Computer chip on the board. this driver did not work but may work for someone else.my mother board is a biostar running windows 98SE i will try the next driver for the same chipset and will get back to you all on this one Thanks Bruce

Good driver for IBM LAN card with little to reference except the chip numbers. It worked with Windows Me and I was able to resurrect the 10 Yr. old LAN card. Thanks.

Did not install for me. Windows came up and interferred and could not find where the temp files were extracted to. I good driver installation routine will turn off Windowws interference. I will try another.
