one interesting anomaly with this moderdriver when you hit refresh in device manager the modem uninstalls and refuses to reappear untill you reboot. this is probably just this old modem going bad but i thought ild mention it. other than this the modemdriver appears to work fine. i can connect disconect and reconnect with no problems.

Installer won't work on Win2k. This ZIP file only contains installers for Win98 and WinNT. Even browsing for driver install through devmgmt doesn't install it from this zip file. No go for Win2k and above for this zip file.
