This driver works great. the only thing was when i installed my anti virus it messed up the driver and i had to reinstall it. but htat was the only time i have had trouble with it.

I used this for a Compaq Deskpro EN 1 ghz which has a 240762001 motherboard with onboard sound chip 82801AA. The install did some stuff and then said I needed updates for Win98se. After rebooting I selected the card in Device Manager told it to update driver selected quothave diskquot drilled down to where the install put the smwdm.inf file in the ..SE folder and then it worked. I was using the quotGood Timesquot MPEG from the Win95 CD for testing and Edie finally sounded like she should.

This is not for a v.92 netodragon modem it only lets the modem be a V.90 modem this bites we need a v.92 driver not a v.90 driver i know this cause i can not use the modem on hold software that came with the modem and i am not getting a v.92 connection from Juno with a v.92 it may make the modem work but it does not make it work right like a v.92 should.
