I was under the impression that the modem would have voice capabilites if I dload the drive. It sends and receives faxes which is good. I was hoping to get the voice part to work. I rate this as NOT SURE.

I downloaded the driver did the installation which went as smooth as you could want and it was immediately recognized by my XPPro system.When coupled with the DSL it did it's Job marvelously.I would definitely recommend this one it seem to cover all the bases in record time and when I uninstalled it I just went to my AddRemove area and it came out no problems.This is definitely a good one.Thank you to whomever Uploaded this little Gem.RegardsAaron

downloaded but it extracts onto my desktop with some files still compressed winzip and when i click setup it install but when i restart it does not work...gives error message...unable to load the software for the scanner or the scanner was not connected properly Ive checked the connection.
