My boyfriend forgot to backup the drivers for audio devices when he installed Windows XP Pro so I had to get new ones. After determining what hardware I have with Everest I found the drivers on charydent. Install was easy and it seems to work fine. Thanks a lot

It works in Win98.When Win98 detected a New PCI Communication device my Modem I indicated the Conexant files and it installed a Modem Enumerator then the modem drivers it used COM3 and then a Wave Device.Good luck
