Thanks James and Thanks Lee your comments were very usefull i want to add just one comment i had to remove a sticker on the top of the chip Wich was the VIA VT86C100A this chip said Acer Netxus and then a serial Number just remove the sticker or you'll never found the driver for those who have the same card i have

None of the Drivers I've tried to download for my Intel 82801 embedded chipsets have worked.Don't know why.Will keep trying.PSThis is in a Compaq Presario Desktop.Regards
