i just got the driver installed about a hour ago and haven't used it much yet but on boot up i get a optional rom checksum error. microsoft error reporting says to try a updated driver. i might have downloaded a wrong driver but so far it is working ok. if possible i will give a better judgement later with more use of the fx card and driver

This rocks. I was able to identify the card as ATi and by using their utility determined that it was a DellATi Rage 128 Pro Ultra. Ati did not seem to have a driver that would work for this card and Dell only had an XP version available. With this driver I was able to use my system as a server running server 2k.
