Why DELL website not had windows2000 driver for Inspiron 5100 video card

Seems to have worked okay putting it on an HP Pavilion 7940 P5157A 98SE Intel 810e chipset. When I first installed it though it kept giving BSOD. Booting in safe mode I disabled all but joystick MPU401 Intel AC'97 for FW82801AA. It was a bunch of Microsoft garbage. Booted clean after that. Thank you

While this sorted out the Creative CDROM OK it wasn't the correct friver for my SB16AWE32 for some reason. Windows 952
