This driver is the same one I have been useing. It is v 1.41 and works with TVTAP 2.00.043 on Win95 and Win98. TVTAP works fine on Win95 but hangs Win98 occasionally. Win98 WebTV will recognise the card but I haven't played around with it much. Haven't got TVTAP 2.00.047 to work with it.
