Did not work for me. This was for an onboard NIC and the only clue as to what I had on the mb was a chip that included the label RTL8201L or RTL8201I. Tried this driver and when I went to install it it there was 3 inf files but none of them worked for me. Decided that given the price of network cards to disable on board NIC and install a new card which included Win98 drivers.It may work better for you.

Driver worked well just update driver from the device manager and all is wellit is not easy to work with pinnacle software
