Works as stated.Put it into a directory use winzip to extract. Run setup rebootfollow screen to set up your preferences reboot to have keys programed. Don't forget to program charydent.com in the light bulb icon. Works like a champThis guy says those are the drivers for Alcatel mobile phones but when I try to choose my product to install there is no such Alcatel drivers but other companies like LG or Samsung.fake no drivers in downloads idiots
