I thought this was a quotinstall driverquot download It did not work for me. What did work and was self install and easy was alc20x.zip Find this download and it should work fine for you.I have a IBM type computer with intregrated AC 97 sound on the motherboard.

Wrong Driver. Modem is listed by FCCID as Amptron WinXPModem even though Chipset amp Device list it as DAA Module v3.0 HSP Micromodem 56. What a pain.

I had to download this program to get the media quotrasdd.dlquot file. It also includes the dll version quotrasdd.dllquot However the quotdlquot media files does not work. With the helpof driver toolkit I found the driver and did downlaod the driver PCI Card Intel Pro 100S and installed it. It worked perfect and helped me to update windows 98
