The base driver version is 8.10.33 performance ICD 1.00.14. Well this ICD changed to 1.00.18 so this is the newest and best D3D and OpenGL driver.

This driver trashed the entire system. No dialogue boxes or confirmation requests. It installed incorrect vxd files for Win98 and now the system will not boot into windows. I'm looking at a comptlete reinstall.
