I tried this driver 3 TIMES and each time it tells you how to install it. I did it by the book and 3 times it deleted my Windows Explorer. No more Windows for me .I have a Packard Bell with the 82801AA AC '97 chipset with onboard sound but nocando for me. Onward to search for the driver that will really help me.

I think I did it wrong but then again...there were only .ini files...no exe to smoothen up the procees...definitely not userfriendly

could not finish download got a message driver was crupedClicked on the .exe and only got a Nero installer flash screen. Maybe I did something wrong but I was under the impression that an exe file installed itself or at least took you through the steps.

the driver is not working...their's no setup to install...

During the installation this driver asks for the disk 2 to continue the installation. The disk 2 doesn't exist in that package and the installation needs to be aborted.
