I am sure the download is fine. My problem is that my system will not recognize my scanner. I had stopped using this scanner because my previous computer OS 98SE decided one day not to recognize the scanner. I wish to say thanks anyway. Please note that I had also tried the HP site and wan not able to get that driver to download.
