I had to download an RAR decompression program but after decompressing and loading the driver the video worked fine. Looking at the files it appears that they are for a W95 machine but there is a W98 subdirectory. These drivers seem to work fine with WindowsME that was loaded on the PC.

Didn't even have to uninstall old drivers. Only neeeded to change after updating Windows to SP2. Old drivers worked ok with SP1
