Cannot give an imformative and honest evaluation of this driver I downloaded it out of sheer hasteinstead of sound reasoning. No other drivers available at the time of download that I thought would be a better match. So I can't say in all honesty good or bad my apologies to the contributor. SORRY GUYS

Hey it worked I had already installed a driver of the same name for graphics so i had some problems with a confused pc not knowing which are for sound and which are for graphics. Once the graphics were re installed it worked fine. I have sound now CHEERS

I was about to give up looking for a driver for this modem. The modem came off a new HP PC and I tried to install it on a 2nd PC with no success until I came across this driver. It works great and automatically installed itself. Thanks.

This driver didn't work with my sound card I can't find one that does. Maybe the problem is the sound card not the driver but I don't know for sure.

Hello This drivers wouldn't install correctly since it was for Windows3.1 3.11. It has been mentioned also in the oemsetup file as well.thank you for finding this file.
