I have tried a dozen drivers and couldn't get any sound out of this old card which is connected directly to the motherboard. When I tried this one it loaded right up and have sound for the first time in months It works perfectly and the install was like a dream.

First find out your motherboard. Different motherboard manufacturers have their own modified 4.51 bios version. Is asking for three files esdi506.pdr mmtour.exe wininfo.x32 and they are not on the download. If you run the diagnostic exe he asks a driver....
