It went great with my system. My sound card wasn't working at all. It said my drivers weren't installed and this program fixed the problem. I had to reinstall it later because my computer didn't hold it but at least I knew what to download.

HP Pavilion 8679F this driver detected the modem and snd card but then claimed that files were missing and exited.

I had this USB to serial cable for a long time and I could not find suitable drivers. This one worked excellent for me. I now have COM6. USB vendorproduct id of the device are 65470232
